Provider Credentialing

The process of applying and verifying the provider’s credentials to ensure they meet the standards required to join their network. This allows the provider to bill the insurance company for services rendered.
Data entry

Loading patient demographics and medical information into our data base. (contact information, current insurance card, insurance policy no., medical history, and medical reports.)
Insurance verification

This stage involves verification and eligibility of insurance information submitted by the patient. Double-checking the eligibility, conditions, coverage, and benefits of the insurance.
Cross checking codes

Crosschecking all the proper ICD-10 and CPT codes to ensure the documentation is correct and no errors have occurred while entering the information. To avoid any error or omission, the document is thoroughly checked and examined.
Filing the charges

Documenting the charges for the medical procedure. It includes a tabulation of all the charges and details associated with diagnoses, procedures, and services.
Claim submission

Once an accurate medical document is created, it is sent to the insurance payer for payment. Most of the insurance companies follow common guidelines for claim submission but few of them may have different procedures.
Follow-ups

Monitoring the claims and initiating follow-up with the insurance company via electronic resources and phone contact.
Reimbursement

Once payment has been received and reviewed by the insurance company to ensure accuracy according to the contract, the account will be updated.
Denial Management

Denials will be handled accordingly through The Appeals Process promptly.
