Felicia Jordan has been in the Health Care field for over 17 years working collaboratively with teams to ensure accurate and efficient work all under ethical guidelines. Felicia believes it takes communication, professionalism, knowledge, and leadership to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
The love for helping others has inspired Felicia to further her education and become a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a therapist (provider of service) Felicia understands the importance of providing great care to clients. Felicia is passionate about helping clients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, always servicing them with empathy and compassion, providing a safe space for the comfort of the client.
